CHANGE MANAGEMENT PLANS
Phase 1 – Prepare Approach– GBGE Consulting works with the leadership team or project management team to: Defining Success, Defining Impact and Defining the approach.
Phase 2 – Manage Change– GBGE Consulting will be spending the majority of the time in this phase because this is where we prepare, equip and support people through their ADKAR journeys (ADKAR is explained below). During this phase, the team works through actions in three steps: Plan and Act, Track Performance and Adapt Actions.
Phase 3 – Sustain Outcomes, the team will work through three steps: Review Performance, Activate Sustainment and Transfer Ownership.
