MEET OUR CEO

Khamali Brown

Khamali Brown has a passion to inspire and empower a generation that is in pursuit of their purpose. At the young age of 12, Khamali had her first opportunity to make an impact as a peer educator in her community. This experience unlocked her love for public speaking and training. 

In 2016, Khamali received her Training Certification from Dale Carnegie, an international company with over 100 years experience in professional development and a proven track record of improving employee performance. 

Khamali has facilitated over 50 various workshops and trainings while coaching leaders in industries such as distribution, engineering, architecture, construction, and finance to name a few. As a leader, navigating change is inevitable and Khamali has facilitated staff and program restructuring and multiple system changes. While at the New York State AIDS Institute Education and Training Department, Khamali led the transition to convert the paper registration system to an online registration system. This project involved 5,000 training participants, 18 regional training centers across New York State, and Education and Training staff members. Incorporating change management strategies enabled the project to be completed 4 weeks ahead of schedule. 

Today, Khamali is leveraging her 20 plus years experience in nonprofit, government, and for profit sectors to help individuals grow their skills and build bridges to navigate change. Outside of her professional role, she is a mom of two amazing middle school children.
